PLEASE HELP ME PAY FOR FRANKENSTEIN’S SURGERY…

Dear friends, family and animal lovers

Firstly I just want say, thank you for taking your time to read over my story.

My name is Rekha, and this is Frankenstein, my gorgeous boy who is only a little bit over a year old now…

Frankenstein was diagnosed with Elbow Dysplasia, by Dr Gray at Panorama Animal Clinic.

He must have urgent surgery. The total estimated cost is R8 000.00!

His medical aid decided that they will not cover the surgery costs, as according to them it was a pre-existing condition, because it's genetic... 😯 Needless to say... I simply cannot afford the huge amount for his surgery on my own..

I don't expect to raise nearly that much, but I have to try!

The longer we wait, the more painful it becomes. 😢

I’m not good at asking for help, but I am laying aside my pride for the sake of my Frankenstein boy. He brought purpose, companionship and energy into my life at a time when I really needed those things, and it breaks my heart to see him deal with so much pain each day.

It has been an emotional roller-coaster for us... and my biggest fear is that I will not be able to afford the surgery to give Frankenstein the absolute best chance at a long and healthy life. He is not just a dog to me, but my family and I will do anything in my power to give him the best quality of life as possible!
