Please help me, my mom is dying and needs money for treatment

My mom is diagnosed with CAD stable angina which is a kind of heart disease, and we don't have enough money for the treatment, please help me with whatever amount you can, my mom is all i have, i cant lose her. Please HELP !!! she has about 8 weeks left as the doctor prescribed, she does take medicines which will help her live a bit longer but it wont suffice. We got 5000$ left to get surgery done. my dad is died from a car accident a few years back and now my mom may die. i need every bit of help please even 1 dollar is good enough.. and i've set the timer to my birthday 16/12 hoping that it can be funded by then or even half funded.
