I need your help! I am a single mother of three young kids. I am blind and have no capability to work. I am also a Type 1 Diabetic I need financial assistance to aid in paying the hospital bills. I am currently undergoing dialysis and I need surgery to amputate one of my legs due to an infection, I am given blood transfusion once ever two days. There is just no way we can pay our hospital bills without your help. Any amount wouldnbe deeply appreciated.
