CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME?? I MISS MY KIDS

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME ?? I am a father on Social Security and I have been having some issues with seeing my children. The divorce was finalized when my children were small, so there was never anything stipulated about how often and how long I got to see them,cause she had a lawyer, and i couldnt afford one.Shes getting child support checks which are drawn from my SSI account,but only sporadic visits, at her convenience.Being on a fixed income, i barely afford living expenses, and cant afford to obtain an attorney. My ex-wife has gotten re-married and every time I try to contact her regarding my children, all I get are excuses. I haven't seen my kids since July 28th 2015 because she is "always busy and will get back to me." The sporadic times that I have been allowed to see them has been at the last minute. I only see them once about every two to three months.Ive tried getting help from legal-aid, but no
help.The reason I am asking for help is so that I can obtain legal counsel so I can obtain a set written visitation agreement, so that I can see my children on a set schedule and more than once every two to three months.Please help me to be able to spend time with my children.
