Please Help Me Help My Mother

Good day all, I am at my wits end. My mother recently got a prolapsed bladder. She is such a classy lady but says this situation has aged her 10 years and brought her quality of life down dramatically. Although she is retired, 71 years old, she was still very active & independant which is how she got her injury. She was still working after retirement and being the worker that she is, picked up heavy items which caused the prolapse. Now she can't even stand for long times and can bearly walk anymore. She went to the clinic to have a pessary inserted but it was unsuccessful.

I've been trying to get her support garments but they are nearly impossible to find in South Africa, the one that I can get is R12 000.00+! My mother also struggles with an ulcer, high blood pressure and essential tremors (involuntary shaking of hands & head) and because we don't have money I can't get her to a doctor who can manage and balance the medications and the meds that we can afford tend to affect one of the other conditions negatively.

I don't have the income to help her and the pension she gets from the government could never cover the costs.

Please help me to improve her quality of live again, I will never forgive myself if this is how she has to spend the rest of her Golden Years.
