Please Help me Help my Mama!

My mother suffered from heart attack three times now. On her third attack, it almost incapacitated her left side. She needs medicine daily and physical therapy at least 3 times a week. We tried supporting her on our own but our funds are getting low and she still has a long way to go before she can regain the use of her arms and legs. My mother is a fighter and she is fighting to get well. Please help me help her.
