Please Help Me Graduate

Hi my name is Ashley and I am 25 years old. I began college at a university in 2009 and loved it. I was fortunate enough to have truly wonderful parents that were in the position to pay for my education.  During my second year  my parents were hit tough by the downswing in the economy and were forced to declare bankruptcy. We lost everything we had including our home--and on top of that my Dad became extremely sick with a autoimmune disease.  I suddenly found myself no longer able to afford school so I transferred to another university where I worked two jobs and finished with a degree in neuroscience! Although all my course work is complete I can not graduate until I receive my final transcript from my first school---something they will not release until I pay them my outstanding tuition of 14,720 dollars. I work three jobs right now but don’t have that kind of money. I can’t get a job that allows me to make enough to pay that back without a degree. I have tried absolutely everything to get my transcript released--payment plans etc but they wont accept anything I am able to do right now. My dream for as long as I can remember has been to attend Med school through the AirForce---and I have worked so hard, especially in the last few years, to get there but I am stuck right now---and I am afraid if I dont get help I will remain stuck forever. Please I am asking for help--something I never do--to graduate school and move on with my life. I have worked too hard for too long to settle for nothing. Please help me become the person I am meant to be.
