Please Help Me Graduate

I am a third year student at the Caape Peninsula University of technology and i am in need of funding to be able to clear my debt so that i can register next year for the fourth and final year of my academic career. I was fortunate enough to be able to register for free in 2016 and the beginning of this year as a deal made between our previous vice chancellor and the Student Representative Council. I am afraid that i will not be able to complete my studies since our current VC does not belive in registering any students who still have a debt. I have been looking for bursaries since first year and I have also been applying for NSFAS with no luck. I have also considered study loans from the bank but they require a working parent or guardian and both my parents have passed on and my aunt is unemployed and living in the rural areas in KZN. Please help me raise R140 000 so that i can clear my debt for the past three years and be able to register and complete my degree. Thank you
