Please help me get treatment for my affliction

Hi, my name is Leicester Michael and I am reaching out to those kindhearted people for help. I have a serious infection on both my feet. I cant walk properly and I cant work. My relatives dont have financial stability to help me either.

I am a father of two and i want to live to see them have kids.

I spent all my money on the previous operation on my feet but it went back again so I dont have anymore money. My wife works but shes the one sustaining my two kids now.
