Please help me get my home back

I am pleading to anybody who is willing to help me raise the necessary legal fees to save my home from being auctioned by the bank.

The bank frustrated legal procedure by not abiding by procedure before obtaining automatic judgement on the repossession of my home. I have submitted an appeal with intent to defend my case. The most pertinent error on the banks part is the failure to comply with its contractual obligation to deliver notices in terms of the Home Loan agreement to the "domicilium citandi et executandi" as outlined in the agreement. Therefor I was unaware of impending legal action against me until the Sheriff appeared with a summons.

Unfortunately I also bank with this institution, and as such they are able to see that I have zero funds with which to defend myself with, leaving my property ripe for the pickings. The property is located in an area which is frequented by big businesses for coal mining and as such I suspect foul play.

Please can anybody out there help me save the property on which I was raised, where I have lived for most of my life, and which I would like to keep for generations to come.
