Please help me get my dream PC!

I never had a good PC, my family is broke, I really like to get a cool pc just like other people and my friends. I am stuck with this PC for like 5 years. It doesn't handle any game or any softwares. I like animating and motion designing, but my pc doesn't handle such big programs to do these. Please if you could help me reach 400$, that would mean the absolute world to me.
