Please help me get a car! UwU

I had a car that i used which is under my mums name. But one of my greedy family members took advantage of that and took the only mode of transportation i had away from me because she thinks she needs it more than me. I'm a college student whom leaves very far, i stay at a rural area and the only transportation i have was that car. It'll take me 2 hours via highways and i cant possibly imagine how long will taking public transport take. and plus i have to transfer multiple lines. I'm now slowly saving up money from part time jobs but i hope i can get abit of help from this website. I just need a low cost, reliable and easy to maintain car. I'm aiming for a Proton Persona 2007-2010 models.
