Please help me fund for my check up

Hi everyone. I'm an LGTB student in Manila City, Philippines. I am here to get help since it's been months since I have this severe breathing for an unknown reason. I dont have enough money to get my check up either my family can't help since we don't have enough money for other expenses. Please help me fund for my check up. Every donation is a big help.
