Please help me fix my house.

Ive been in my house my whole life. We cant afford to move and we have broken toilets and our basement is a diaster. We need to fix it up. Our goal is 70,000 dollars. or 60,000 we need new appicances the doors are broken and our screened in porch is falling apart. My grandpa and grandma and 4 cousins live up the street. My bffs live down the street. I love the neighbor hood and I know everyone so so so well. Please help me.
