Please Help Me Find My Daughter!!!!

Hi. I need your help! I am requesting your contributions to help me locate and save my daughter I put up for adoption in January of 1996 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At the time, I was addicted to crack-cocaine. I want to warn her of our families' health issues because it's critical. It is killing our family rapidly one by one! Locating her will save her life and the lives of her children, should she have any.

The private investigator's fee is approximately $5,000.00 to locate her for me. The hospital where she was born which was located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is no longer in existence. The hospital where her birth records are currently located, will not release my daughter's birth information to me because she is over 18 years of age. My hands are tied!!!! I Googled and conducted numerous computer searches.. I went as far as to write into such television shows as "The Locater" and "Long Lost Family" in an attempt to find my daughter. That's why I need you! Please help me save my daughter!

My name is Tina Jordan and I currently live with hypertension. I had a couple of mini strokes in 2013 which resulted in me currently living a healthier lifestyle (smarter food choices and exercise). In 2015 I was involved in a life threatening automobile accident that has left me physically unable to work. The same year, I was laid off from my job after 16 years where I promoted to the position of Director. I was the second African American to attain that position. My employer paid for me to successfully obtain my Master of Human Services degree in 2005. I have been clean since January of 1999. In September of 2013, my father, who was one of the the first African American Fire Lieutenants in Philadelphia, had prostrate cancer and died from complications of a stroke he suffered 20 years prior. Ten months later on her birthday, July 23, 2014, my mother who lived with hypertension, died of a massive stroke. My 55 year old brother has had several strokes and this last stroke on December 24, 2016 has left him mentally and physically unemployable. I am currently taking care of him. He is unmarried and does not have any children. My baby brother was in a deadly automobile accident in 1995 coming from a party. My son is currently living with his own challenges..As you can see, my family is dying.

Currently, I am an active member of my local church involved in various ministries. I am also a proud member of the newly founded Real Life Ministries and Real Life Community Development Corporation where we assist those in need both spiritually and materially.

When Jasmine was born, I told her I would be looking for her one day. My prayer and hope is that she is also looking for me. I want her to be informed of the physical and mental health challenges she is predisposed to, as well as her rich family history. I was unable to raise my daughter and be the mother she deserved. However, her adoption was a blessing to another family.This is a chance for me to help save her and her family. I understand if she does not want to have any contact with me. However, I need her to receive this information to possibly save the lives of her and her family.
