Please help me buy a phone

I am a BS Development Communication student in the Philippines. We create content focused on the marginalized sectors of the society. As a communication student, I interview, and shoot constantly. In order to do so, I need a voice and video recording device. However, as minimum wage earners, our family could not afford to buy me my needs in school. I am only able to do my requirements by borrowing my friends' devices. On the other hand, smartphones today have high specifications which will enable me to use it as a video recording device as well. In addition, I can't apply for a job as most, if not all online teaching jobs require me to have a laptop with a webcam, which, unfortunately, I do not own as well. I hope that you will be able to give me any amount to help me with my studies. Thank you.

Furthermore, I was able to raise my own money to buy a used phone, and transacted with a person for the phone, but, was scammed from that transaction. The seller cut all possible means of communication between us. Now, I lost the money I raised for a year and did not have my money's worth. So, I really hope that you help me buy s phone, and hopefully, buy your money's worth.
