Please help me build a PC

All of my friends recently got gaming PC's and left me, I had some money saved and bought a $500 budget PC online prebuilt from ebay local seller, but I did not know much about PC's then and it turned out to be very low quality to where I could not play any games with my friends and I have no money left, no job, and life being rough on me as it is. I hate being left out especially with no way of telling how long itll be before i can play with them again, but I would like to just go ahead and build a really strong PC and not have to worry about anything. I know I'm asking for quite a bit, but it only takes a few dollars from you, with thousands of people, just a few dollars from each of you is enough to help, and I really appreciate anything anyone is willing to donate to a stranger's happiness :)
