Please help me after my spinal surgery!

I'm a 68 yr. old grandmother who had spinal surgery about a month ago. The brace that I am wearing, will be part of my wardrobe for approximately 3 months. The reason for this surgery was because for around 12 yrs. I was suffering from chronic back pain. Medication, injections, therapy and even a spinal cord stimulator didn't help.I can't remember how many times I went to the ER and was admitted into the hospital for the crippling pain and spasming in my back.. About the same time when this pain began, I found out that I had cerebral palsy , which is why my balance has become worse over the years .I have a terrible history of falling down, ending up with some serious injuries ( concussion, face bleeding, black eyes ).Before I had this surgery, I had to have some pre-op tests done. So this is when I found out that I also have Lupus. After I have healed from this surgery (approx. 1 yr. ) I may decide to finally have surgery to mend my rotator cuff. Something that I was putting off for a few years.

Because of all these health issues, and being under my doctor's care for a year, I am unable to find a job. Right now ,I am behind with a lot of my bills especially , my rent and utilities. I haven't even been able to pay for my four legged companions medication. We have been together for many years and I never thought this would happen !
