Please help me achieve dream of owning a business

I have had my dream of owning my own bar and being able to make a relationship with my community for a long time. I put my dreams aside and continued my career in the military for the last 12 years to support my family, I have found a once in a life time opportunity to buy a privately owned bar that has a strong history and more potential for us to grow and be able to expand and give chances to more people for good paying jobs and to help my community. All I want, my passion is to own this bar and build something good for my family and community.
