Please Help Me!

Hi my name is Amy and I am 32 years old and I am from northern Wisconsin. I have 4 beautiful children and 1 step-son.  Ever since I had my tubes tied several years ago I have had severe chronic pain resulting form the procedure. I have been through years of physical therapy and drug and medical treatment plans to have no change in over 6 years. I have tried to obtain coverage of the procedure for years through my insurance company with no luck. I am basically begging if there is anyone out there with the means to help me raise the money to obtain surgery for tubal reversal I would be extremely gratefull! I know its a lot to ask you to trust that I am in real medical need and not trying to scam innocent people...that is not the case. I really need help raising the funds.  I managed to escape from a very physically and metally abusive relationship 7 years ago, after my last child was born. At that time I elected to have my tubes tied. I had 4 children and that expense was a lot of a woman trying to make as a single mom with 2 children with special needs.  I have 5 children and 2 have special needs. My 11 years old son has Downs Syndrome and even though I was blessed with a healthy boy he still has significant delays and needs. My 12 year old son has Asbergers which is a form of Autism. He is also healthy and quite smart but with these children working has been a challenge over the years, more so when they were younger and had more health issues which would call me home from jobs constantly so it was impossible and regarless how much you want to work that history follows you in small towns. Even though employers shouldn't discriminate that you have children but if they can hire someone who doesn't have obligations they will...I have part-time work as a house keeper that helps a bit with expenses but I mostly live month to month on the childrens Social Security. My husband manages to find small odd jobs here and there. We live a very small town with out much employment, however, as of this years hes been lucky to find a permanent position at a local apple orchard which gives us some very needed regular income! God has blessed me a lot in my life despite all the struggles and I am grateful for all I have and don't have even if no one helps fund this cause.  Thank you so much for your time and consideration!
