Please help Mama Lourdes Zafe

Mama Lourdes Zafe, "May Undes" to many, stood as a mother to my friend Mary Jean, ever since her biological mother died after giving birth to her. She used to live in Antipolo, but stayed with Mary Jean for the past 10 months in Las Pinas, which near our place of work. Now at 80, May Undes had problems with her knee due to old age, so the family decided that it is best for her to move back to Antipolo where she can move around and breathe fresher air.

On November 18, 2018, May Undes was found unconscious and covered in blood inside their home in Antipolo. No one saw what happened but it was believed she fell down the stairs. She was rushed to the ER and the CT scan showed a blood clot in the head. The doctor gave the family two options: to undergo surgery to remove the clot or to take medications. Given Mama Lourdes' age, there is no guarantee she would survive a major operation, so the family chose the latter.

Mama Lourdes has been in the Intensive Care Unit of Fatima University Medical Center since November 19 and the family's savings have already been exhausted. They already tried applying for financial assistance, which will be used in the final billing. As of this writing, Mama Lourdes' medication costs 20k a day. Laboratory tests not included.
