Please help make my home mine again!

Ok, so this isn't easy. I found out that my wife of almost 3 years and partner for nearly 9 had been cheating on me the week after Christmas, I since found out that she had also done it before we were married. Having just gotten over a serious injury that had me housebound for 5 months I was utterly broken. She left the house with me, I can barely afford it but make do. She now wants a divorce and to be off the Mortgage of the house. This means me having to find over £30000 I want to raise enough money to buy my ex wife out of my house and sons home and finalise my divorce so that my life can go on without any more hurt so that I can concentrate on raising my little boy and trying to make a better job of a new relationship. Anything you can do to help would be amazing. I'm not expecting miracles, but if my luck could change that would be great!

PS I came home to a burst waterpipe on Tuesday and so now have to get the damage repaired :(

The plus is I have a fantastic new girlfriend :
