Please help make my dream of becoming a pastry chef come true

Hi my name is chris mamatsiare from cape town im a 42 year old fun loving guy who love baking .In 2013 I wanted to study for a diploma in pastry chef I searched on the internet for good chefs schools in cape town I found a couple but they were expensive, my dreams of becoming a chef were shattered. luckly the following week I saw a baking and confectionery learnership which was advertised on gumtree and I applied and I was accepted into the learnership it wasnt what I really wanted as I wanted to be a pastry chef but that gave me a foot in the door as I managed to get employed in bakeries like Picnpay with my baking experience and love of making cakes and my certificte in baking and confectionery Nqf level3 I knew good things will come,MY goal is to be a qualified pastry chef as working as a baker in this small bakeries its not enough and you donnot get payed well,when the lockdown started I lost my job and I have been sitting at home fore more than 7 month now, I would like to go back to school and push my dream of becoming a pastry chef, because not only does it have lots of job opportunities but its verry rewarding career and it will benefit me and my family when I start working as Im a father of 4 kids and things will be easy for me to be employed after graduating as I already have baking experience. All I need is a chance so Im asking and appealing to any good people out there to help me so I can register myself at The international Hotel school For a diploma in pastry chef I will appreciate any donations amount that can be made. thanks
