PLEASE HELP LOLLY TREAT DANGEROUS SKIN CONDITION

Lolly is affected by severe case of demodicosis. She was dumped in a pit and left to die. Who ever dumped her probably didn't want to deal with treating her and decided to simply get rid of her. When we found her she appeared to be literally on her last breath. She was starved, thirsty and extremely weak. We picked her up and brought her with us. I have never seen anything like her skin condition, she looked as if she's rotting. Next day she was taken for an exam where and we were told her condition is called generalized demodicosis and is at a very advanced stage. She will need multiple treatments with topical and oral medication, including antibiotics to fight the bacterial infection. She will need to be taken in multiple times for examinations and skin scrapings and to monitor her hopeful recovery. The treatment is complicated and intense, as you can only imagine for a dog in her state.
If we were to take her to a local shelter, due to her condition she would be one of the first candidates for euthanasia. She is definitely non adoptable, and if we were to let her go, she would be left with a small chance that someone will try to fund her treatment. After taking everything in consideration, we decided to try to seek help for her and help as much as we can our selves. He treatment is ongoing and at this point we are not even sure what the total cost of it might be. As of now we are looking at 1000-1500 GBP or $1400-$2000, in best case scenario. Lolly (we named her that) is in a desperate need of help. We are not in a position to slack with her treatment, but we can't do this alone. Please help us help her and don’t let her suffer any longer. I have never seen anything so sad in my whole life. This dog deserves love and care more then anyone I know. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please let's make this happen.
