Please help Kopi for her neuro exam

When i was on my way to work on 11 Oct 2018, i noticed a dog walking on the road at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6. I went to help her and brought her to a vet for a body medical checkup and brought her to a grooming center after to give her a makeover. After which i decided to keep her as my own pet. She has behavioural problems where she would growl at ladies and be calm around men. I concluded from that she had been abused by a female before. A week after bringing her back, i noticed she started banging her head into objects eg. walls, doors, chairs etc.. One time she banged her head so hard in the toilet that a shampoo fell off from a height. She also became extremely weak eg. needed a few tries just to finish her tiny treat. I suspect she has a brain tumour as the vet said she was a senior dog. I want to bring her for a neuro exam by the end of October but i dont have enough savings for it as I just started my school intern and my pay per month is SGD$600. I really need help and it’d be perfect if i can raise $3000 for Kopi’s neuro exam. My aunts used to own two dogs which unfortunately grew brain tumors as their breed is prone to such issues. They brought them for the exam and the cost was $3000+ back in 2014/5. If its abit more expensive than $3000 I can use some of my salary. Please, thank you so much if you donated. 1) Why not send her to SPCA or a dog shelter?

SPCA would probably put her to sleep knowing her condition. I don’t want her to be put to sleep as I want her to go herself when she is ready at any time of her life.

Dog shelter may not be the best for Kopi as there are many other dogs and also the dog shelters I have asked about are not taking in dogs currently due to bad economy or something. I am also worried that she wouldn’t be well taken care of because she have separation anxiety.
