Please help Kisha, Paralyzed beagle

Please help our dearest Kisha. She is paralyzed. It's been a month now with no progress at all.

She was just healthy and energetic until one day I just saw her sitting in uncomfortable way. I thought it was just because of her menstrual period but as soon as we brought her to the vet, it said that maybe she fell and recommends us to massage her legs for theraphy. She was in pain and discomfort that she accidentally bit my husband and dad-in-law while massaging her. After a week she doesn't feel the pain but when we brought her to the vet and as the doctor checked, her legs is still responding to the pinch on her feet meaning there is a sign that she could walk his rear legs again. So the doctor said to continue her theraphy(massage). It's been a month now with no progress at all.Now I want her to feel better by giving all the comfort she needs. She loves moving around that causes wounds in her legs and feet and because of that we have to cage her but can't afford to buy one so we made a diy by just blocking some chairs and cooler, added a plastic matting and layered a few towels so she can lay comfortably, though we have to change it everytime because she can't control her urine and poop.

I want to know the exact cause of her being paralyzed and if there's a chance that she could really walk again. I want her to go to another treatment. I don't like her seeing laying in that one spot that is why I am here for help. Any amount will do to help our dearest kisha. I will keep this updated. Thank you in advance. God bless!
