Please help keep my lights on

I'm desperate.  Otherwise I would never ask for help in this manner.  My power is about to be shut off, two weeks before the moratorium would give me four or five months to pay the bill off without fear of losing my electric. I am a divorced mom of three beautiful girls, ages 13, 7 and 5.  I work almost fulll time bartending and pay my bills.  I have been trying to get out from behind an eight-ball on my electric bill for debt incurred with National Grid several years ago, during a VERY difficult financial time.  My 5-year od was a preemie and spent several months in the hospital, during which I could not work.   I am finally in a position where I can pay my monthly bills, and was on a payment plan with the utility company.  However, last month my payment was short, due to a rough month at work, and they have kicked me off the plan.  This means they could come any day and shut me and my daughters off from having power, heat and hot water.  If this happens, I will also be evicted from my apartment. I spend my days, recently, looking out the window every ten minutes, fully expecting to see the truck here.  They have been threatening for months, during which I have been trying to pay, but the debt is just too large.  I have no way to come up with almost $4,000.00 by myself.   I don't know what to do.
