Please help JN!

Hello everyone! I am Jan Niño Bacomo. Today, I am 1 month old. Unfortunately, I was born with a congenital heart disease, with a hole in my heart. I was born during the eighth month of my mother's pregnancy. For the past 20 or more days, I was confined in the pediatrics ICU, on intubation. I cannot breathe without being intubated. Now, I am now at the Philippine Heart Center in QC. Thankfully, the Armed Forces of the Philippines plane accomodated me to be flown here in Manila. It was a risky flight. I need to undergo an immediate open heart surgery, which is a 50-50 chance for me of living. But I will fight. I want to live. My operation will cause more than 1 millon. But I cannot be operated without the 500k down payment. Please help my parents raise the fund. Any amount will do. I am knocking at your hearts. Above all, please pray for me.
