Campaign Story
Hi everyone,
This Jacob, he is 11 months and has a chromosome disorder, cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, club foot, hip dysplasia and other disabilities and complications since birth.
Both my parents had to quit their jobs to care for him. And are financially struggling.
In his short life he has already had 2 hip surgeries and has his club foot altered. He has been in boots and bars, casts and hip spices. He is unable to sit, crawl or walk.
I am doing this fundraising to help the family, they receive no funding whatsoever and have no financial support. Every little counts.
