Please help have a roof over our heads this winter

Hi there, My name is jeff and my girlfriends name is leigh and we live currently in an apartment together with her 2 cats and my dog. She's diagnosed with a panic/anxiety and depressive disorder which had disabled her in leaving our apartment without me. because of her basic need funding being re-reviewed by the ministry her medical benefits have been cut and we've been paying for her daily medication. Because of all the extra payments and her not being able to leave, i've have a lot more running around to do for her whilst still heading to work full time and fitting my work schedule within her needs. She has cut off most of her social interactions with everyone except for me and her counsellor and because of her held basic need funds i'm paying for 2 people now on a impossible budget. I've become past due on rent, and hydro and i just need some help. any little help will do i would so much appreciate it. I don't know where else to turn and i've flat out run out of options. thank you so much for your time
