Please help Gabor. He’s on dialysis with no help

Hello dear people! I'm in desperate need of help. I'm on dialysis for a time now, I don't have a job and I don't have anyone to help me. My whole family passed away, I'm all alone. I'm on peritoneal dialysis, which means I have a catheter in my stomach and I have to change a dialysis solution in my stomach every 4 hours, every day. I was and still trying to find a job, but it's really hard with such condition. My condition is getting worse and worse, I'm very tired, my blood pressure is up, my phosphorus as well, I'm itchy all day long, Now I can drink only about 0,5 liter liquid a day. I'm thirsty all the time. It's truly horrible. I have to take more and more medicine and they are expensive. Sometimes I can't even pay for them, which is very dangerous in my situation. My parents didn't leave me anything, so I can only rent an apartment, but now I can't pay for it. If they kicked me out of this apartment, I have nowhere else to go, I have no one to help me. Hence I turn to you, nice people. Any help I would greatly appreciate, it would be literally a life safer. Please, help me, if you can.

Üdvözlet mindenkinek! Kétségbeesetten kérem a segítségeteket. Dialízisen vagyok és nincs senkim. Édesanyám, édesapám, testvérem már elhunytak. Egyedül maradtam. Senkire nem számíthatok. Hasi dialízisen vagyok, azaz minden nap 4 óránként dializáló oldatot kell cserélnem a hasamban. Próbáltam és próbálok munkát találni, de ilyen körülmények között eddig nem sikerült. Állapotom egyre rosszabb, magas vérnyomás, magas foszfát szint, egész nap viszketek mindenhol. Most már csak napi fél liter folyadékot ihatok, emiatt folyamatosan szomjazom. Borzalmas egy élet ez így. Egyre több gyógyszer tkell szednem, amik nagyon drágák. Szüleim semmit nem hagytak rám, ezért albérletben vagyok, amit már nem tudok így fizetni. Ha innen kitesznek, nincs hova mennem. Már nincs senki, aki segítene. Ezért fordulok Hozzád, Hozzátok. Bármekkora segítség életmentő lenne, szó szerint. Kérlek, segítsetek.
