Please help free Matthew Jones a life sentence without a conviction

Please take time and read this story my son hasnt been able to see his family expect when his grandparents passed his gpa passed in 2017 and his gma just passed in 2020 and he was only allowed to call her once a month.

Matthew Jones is chronologically a 21 year old young man, but mentally due to his autism compounded by a Tramatic Brain Injury his functional/mental age has been determined to be between the ages of 4 to 7.He was arrested in November, for a crime that he cannot even comprehend. He has been railroaded into a horrid position, and he currently is facing life in an institution literally for allegations made against him.

Nov 13, 2013 Matthew's mom, Angel Jones, left Matthew and his 13 year old brother at home while she drove round trip 2 miles and was gone no longer than 20 minutes. At the time Mom was leaving, she seen a random child with obvious developmental issues of his own. That child wanted to play, Mom told him that she was not going to be home so he must leave. She never seen this child before. Matthew's brother also told him to leave and that he was not welcome to stay while mom was away.

Mom had told both her sons, Matthew and his brother, that she was running to krogers to meet a family friend and that she would be right back.

Somehow the unwelcome child 12 years old, for the purpose of this we will call him the "alleged" victim, gained entry into their home. Matthew was safe at his home, in his safe place with his brother. He should not have been in any risk.

Mom noticed the alleged victim across the street at a local business then she ran back into the house for something. The Alleged victim had a long stick with a string tied to it (he stated his pretend fishing pole) and a dog. He is not a typically developing 12 year old.

As mom was getting into her van to leave for krogers she noticed the alleged victim crossing the street headed right to their yard. Mom immediately called to him "you cannot come into my house, especially not when I am gone. I have to run an errand, you must go on'. It was very obvious to mom that the alleged victim had "problems" of his own.

She did not realize a crime was commited, and she still Maintians Matthew is innocent based on he is not quilty to due to mental disease or defect. There is so much more to this story and I will add on to this as I have time to.
