Please help for my disease, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME)

I have been suffering from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) which is said inflammation of a brain for more than three and half years. No doctors cannot cure this disease in the world at present. I cannot go to work everyday because I cannot get up from bed every morning. I am oftem bedridden and housebound. The invalidity benefit has already been cut off from the health insurance association of the company in which I am working. That was only the way of financial support on which I relied, which means that I cannot earn income any more. I have an eleven years old son who still needs financial support, but don't have money any more. I am in a seriously financial trouble now. If anyone who is kind, warm and generous to help me can donate, I would be highly appreciated. Please, please give me light of hope to live.

私は筋痛性脳脊髄炎という現在の医学では治療方法が不明の病気になり、毎日仕事に行くことも出来なくなりました。会社勤務では病欠の場合、傷病手当が支給されますが、それも打ち切られ、収入を得ることがままならなくなりました。もうまともに働くことが出来ません。私はこの病気で酷い時には、殆どベッドに寝たきりになります。私には11歳の息子がおり、これからもずっとお金が必要です。どうか少しでも皆様の善意のお気持ちを戴き度く、何卒お願い申し上げます。
