Hi, I'm seeking assistance from any kind hearted individual for any contribution that can help pay for urgent surgery that my aunt needs now. She is in great pain as she has a pancreatic stone 2.5 cm blocking her liver function which can lead to organ failure. Please help us as your kind generosity will allow us to pay for her procedure. We are not rich and we have nothing of value to sell or use as a guarantee for a loan. Any contribution will be a lifesaving gift .
