Please help for health improvement, through medical malpractice and these circumstances of life

I (Maurice) was born by an emergency C-section, after resuscitate, because of clinically seen death, twice.I am suffering from an injury, that affect my Breathing, speaking and more, because of medical malpractice, during childbirth, that had hurt my windpipe seriously for over 30 years now. (31 years).

After over 100 surgical treatments, 2 of them cartilage transplantations (so-called: "osteochondral autograft transfer system OATS"), from my own rip cartilages, trying to reconstruct the windpipe. Nowadays, a recovery is still complicated, and was not (as) yet successful. After a immediately, first malpractice litigation, that has taken over 7 years, I got over 150,000.00 USD (150,000.00 Euro) as financial damages.

As this time I was 8 years old, and unfortunately the court in Germany determine my father as so-called 'trustee.'

As age of 17 my parents has been divorced, and my father embezzled all my damages (with interest 480,000.00 USD) (and took the finances of my mother, as well). I filed a lawsuit 7 years long ("once more"), and had had to sue my own father. I have clearly won the trail, that he has to give out and pay back the damages. However, just on the "paper". As my father has in the meanwhile married a young woman from Thailand (just a couple years older as my sister / me), and has hidden all the money abroad in Thailand/Asia. He just filed bankruptcy in Germany. He said that he has "officially" nothing anymore. He alleges all the money "is gone" and he has nothing anymore. So easy it is in Germany... Where all this happened. He said easily he has no money anymore, "it's all gone". - I haven't seen a penny. Unfortunately the German laws are to laxly here, I had had to pay the fees here for him! Instead of to get the damages back! The German court just overlooked the appeal of facts and law, without any proof, and said that he has no money anymore and he will never come to any money in the future. However, now he is to inherit money (heir by law abroad) of approx. 100,000.00 € (100,000.00 USD) from his aunt. I have to stop that. My sister has found my father recently in the social media, who is posting photos and so on about his luxury life "with his Thai girls". My goal is to raise enough funding to try to get justice through a new trail here, to stop that will happening. So that I can get back my damages to improve health. Thank you.
