Please Help Fix my Brother’s Broken Heart

The purpose of this fundraising project is for my only brother, John Amstel More Barrios, 19 years old, son of Dennis Sarria Barrios and Mona Lina "Molyn" More-Barrios who is recently diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease, Ventricular Septal Defect, Subaortic Type with left to right shunt, Aortic Valve Prolapse, Left and Right Ventricular Hypertrophy and Mitral Valve Prolapse based on his 2D Echo with Transesophageal Echocardiography done at the Philippine Heart Center dated February 5, 2015.Due to his condition, he will be scheduled for an Open Heart Surgery for Aortic Valve Replacement, and Ventricular Septal Defect Patch Closure as soon as possible at the Philippine Heart Center. But we won't be able to do this without your monetary/financial support. We have to raise Php 650,000 to cover his hospitalization,medical expenses, doctors fees, and medicine maintenance.
