Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) is a terminal disease that takes away your ability to move with your mind and senses completely intact. Hiro Fujita was diagnosed with ALS at the end of November 2010 just before he turned 31. Hiro founded the END ALS Association in 2012 to make ALS famous and to help find a cure.
