Please help Ducky medical surgery

Ducky she is a French bulldog she had been in a bad surgery, cause she had ovary membrane. It costed a lot, but to safe her life i didn't even care how much the cost was if she will still be a life and out of pain; i gave her all i had, but now she is still in recovery and it's been a month the wound isn't healed properly and got infected. And also have ear infection to now; she breaths heavily almost all the time. The doctor said she needs another surgery in another to cure and not to wait until it can become cancer. But i can't afford the payment and really need help to cure her and to make her feel better not in pain all the time. Please help me help her i don't want to lose my baby girl or see her suffer anymore. I want to see my happy girl be joyful and have fun with her life again.
