Please Help Cloud and Rain

Hello let me share our story to you, and i hope that you can help us.

My story started when i was a child. My childhood was very happy, I have a perfect parents, a happy life, When i was 12 years old they told me that im only adopted and i was only 2 months when my biological mother left me. I was 25 years old when my adopted parents passed away and my life started to change so with the other member of the family. No communications at all.

Im now 30 years old and has 3 kids. Skyler (3) Cloud (2) and Rain (2 months old).

My daughter Cloud Muriel has a tongue tied. She is 2 yrs old and 3 months but she cant say any word except from "Tata, Atatatata". She is having difficultiea on delivering worda because of her tongue, but you can see that she really want to speak. We already consult her situation to a doctor and they advised us to have an operation sonthat her tongue will be corrected. But we really cant afford, She was hospitalized for 2 days last november.

I gave birth last sept 10, via Emergency CS because my water bag pop out. My baby was 34 weeks only, He was diagnosed Meconium Apiration Syndrome and he need to stay at NICU. He was supported by a mechanical ventilator to make sure that he can breath, his doctor said that he can only live for 3 days because of his situation, but he was so brave, and he graduated from NICU. Our hospital bill was almost 300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Pesos) plus my bill was 67,000 (Sixty Seven Thousand Pesos), We dont have that big amount so we asked help from out goverment. We were able to get guarantee letter fromPCSO and DSWD, but still not enough, We just signed promisory note ( which was over due already). My husband doesnt have work because he had an accident and he cant walk properly, Im the only working in the family but my salary is not enough to support our medical needs. My baby needs operation also he has hernia, We need to Schedule his operation soon.

Last week i was confined because of vaginal bleeding, OB told me that i need to undergo operation soon because i have mayoma and the size is 9cm already, Im so depressed, Why is thia happening to my family, We dont know what to do anymore, we dont know where to get money for thier milk and other needs.

We are knocking our hearts to please help us in any way.
