Please help Cladiu with his surgery

Hi! I'm Claudiu,I am 25 years old, i am from Romania,Bucharest, i am a student, and I used to have a job in call center. I was with three friends in a car and we had a car accident. I was in the passenger seat. The driver tried to prove his "skills" of a pilot and in a right turn lost control off car hit a curb, a tree and managed to stop in a trailer located off the road. He had about 60-70 miles per hour. We've all been injured, but I was in the passenger seat so I had the biggest problem. I had a hip fracture and a cut on my forehead. Bone pieces were directed to the main arteries of blood. I had surgery and I have put two titanium plates and 10 screws, also titanium. The operation lasted over 7 hours. Besides, I had to buy a blood circulation machine. After surgery I spent three weeks with an extension in the leg, so I spent three weeks on my back with an iron in left leg with about eight kilograms to keep feet away from the hip. Three weeks of pain, in which I wasn’t able to rest, that I felt constantly suffocated. The problem is I need money to pay all off this, and I do not come from a rich family. I need five months of recovery. Going to the gym, the swimming pool for a year, all the doctor's recommendation. I do not have money for it and can not work because I am not allowed to put my foot down for 3 months.Then I need two months to start walking again.
