Please Help Bully Walk Properly Again

My bulldog, Bullet was born with severe double hip dysplasia and has been through 3 bouts of severe mange. At 3 months old she was completely unable to walk on her own. By 8 months we were able to get her somewhat mobile. She has her first hip surgery last year and it was very expensive. We cannot afford to help our rescue girl receive her second surgery. She is 4 years old now, and the light of my life. With only 10% mobility in her hip, not even pain meds can maintain her at this point. Any donation is a blessing and bring my girl one step closer to be a happy, healthy 4 year old girl! We have rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed hundreds of animals, now it my girls turn for help.
