Please help Bob!

Bob is a very sweet dog. I adopted him 2 years ago from Greece. Bob was found by volunteers who took him from the street and brought him to a save place. Because every shelter was full he stayed for several month in a large cage.

Bob was abused and his body is still full with little bullets😢

Since a year Bob has problems with his back and knees. The last months its getting worse and Bob has a lot of pain. Hé is having painkillers every day. The vet specialist made several pictures and the conclusion is that Bob needs implants in both knees and after that, a back operation. Besides that a lot of fysiotherapy.
Bob is only 3,5 years old and I dont want to put down such a Young dog just because his bad knees. But the Total vet costs will be about €4500 and i already paid another €500 for the vet specialist and the x-ray pictures. I cant afford this. When I got Bob I tried to get a insurance for him, but because his legs where already not very good I could not insurance him. I really hope that there are people who can help me, so Bob can have his healthy life back. His first operation will be in Januari i can place copies from the bills of the operation to show that the money is really spend on Bob( de copies I place under updates). Bob is the most loving dog of this planet, hé is a important part of our family, we dont want to Loose him😔 For now, already thank you for your help!❤️
