We are humbly asking for your support to raise funds for Baby Sebastian's Heart operation/Intervention.
Sebastian Jose R. Anis is a 5-month old baby boy with Down Syndrome. He has a Congenital Heart Disease - Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA). This is the reason why he has difficulty in breathing, recurrent pneumonia and frequent hospitalizations. So we greatly need your help in preparing for his upcoming operation/intervention of the heart.
