Please Help Abuse Victim!

My Name is William. The picture is of my son Liam, when he was 3 going on 4. On January 2nd 2013 me and liams mother split up. On November 22nd 2013 Liam was taken to CHOP in Philadelphia where he was found to have a Broken Leg, 2 Broken Ribs, and 36 Bruises about the head and body in multiple stages of healing. This child was only approaching 4 years of age?? These abuses he suffered were at the hands of his mother, and her live in boyfriend.

EXTREME BIAS against Single Fathers!! I spent 3 years in dyfs court and $38,500, just to have them insist the she was still entitled to Joint custody?? Even after it was proven she was still with the guy...both after the incident and also During/After the guy was charged and sent to prison for ONLY 18 MONTHS!?!?! Frustration to the point of blinding rage, but you cant act like that. so i rode the process out until it drained me financially dry. it was worth EVERY PENNY, because as of late last year i was awarded Sole Custody of My Son Liam.

However, his mother and her NOW Husband, are still determined to make our lives a living hell. Things as small as broken promises to liam, to assaults on me and about $2500 in property damage so far. Restraining orders put in place, restraining orders broken time and time again. No child support, and an extreme disregard for any kind of enforcement on the child support she is mandated to pay. Extra safety measures when at school or day care. Special codes between me and him when it comes to strangers or new people in our life, or anyone the mother or her husband may know. Lets not forget the nightmares Liam still has of the Bad Man, and the fact that Liam Hates Thanksgiving now because he had to spend a week over the holiday in the hospital! All this with no help on my side, I have no family to speak of...and its like me and liam vs his mothers and his abusers whole family and friend network. We are surrounded by enemys, in hostle terroritory!

My plea today is for an Emergency Fund to help Liam get away from all this Drama and Chaos, Constent Reminders and Threats. My Goal is to keep Liam safe at all cost. Being stuck where we are is nothing short of horrible for this kid. i am looking to relocate Liam somewhere qiuet, and safe, a new start to a safe and happy existance.

I am not on Welfare, and I wasnt always in this situation. I am asking on Liams behalf for a donations to reach $5,000 - 15,000 to help fund this relocation which will be out of the state we are currently in. ANYTHING will help though.
