I am a disabled Iraqi Freedom Marine Corps Veteran. After struggling for several years after my discharge and after finishing my degree I have finally found a good job. I am now a warranty coordinator with a large construction company. I enjoy this because, while I have an office, I am not confined to it. I can get out and move around. I also missed organizing and supervising the troops in the Marine Corps and this allows me to get back into that supervising role. My wife is a full time college student and we have three children. Times have been really tough for a while now and I know it will get better once she finished schoo,l but that doesn't help right now. We have gotten behind on bills and there are things that I need to make my injuries easier to live with. I cannot afford to pay anyone to mow my lawn and , while I enjoy mowing my yard, it hurts me to push my mower. I also am driving a mini van that is on its last leg as a work vehicle. I really need a pickup truck. Nothing fancy but a decent truck that runs and is reliable. A pickup truck is needed for when I have to go pick an item up for one of the workers to use on a house. I know that everyone has worked hard for what they have and do not work hard to give to others but I am asking for help. It seems like when bad happens it happend in great amounts. If it was up to me I would still be in the Marine Corps charging forward but unfortuantly injuries do not let that happen. Thank you for reading this and thank you in advance for those that assisted.
