Please help a poor man

Hi,I am Ikbal ,from Barpeta District (Assam)country India.I am praying for help from your side.My friend "Hassan Ali" has struggled with death for the last three months.Because of its Gastric and Liver Dusease .Even before this disease the Doctors did the best efforts to help your side recover through Surgery.But unfortunately ,the disease has again become complex.And on the other hand, Hassan will lead to death if it is not done once again .But now the main obstacle in the way of Operation is the Friend's family economic status .The "Family" means that my friend's elder brother is serious psychiatric patient and the my friend's father was gone before 10 years and mother is working at the home of other man and the main income master of this house means that my friend lying on bed in government hospital.

In such a situation ,a slight sympathy economic aid with your human heart and free-hand can save a friend from bringing my friend back from the death knell.
