Please Help

I was involved in a major accident last year, I have undergown medical treatment and I am in a much better position than I was a few months ago. But I need help for the final step of my recovery.

I need to perform leg surgery so that I will be able to walk again, unfortunately my previous medical treatment has depleted my financial reserves so I am asking for your help with this.
