Please,grant me the opportunity to complete my degree!

Good day,everyone! I'm Vlady,I'm 22 and I am a psychology student in my last year in the Univerity of Groningen,The Netherlands.At the present moment I am facing enormous difficulty. My parents ,who used to be the only source of financial support until recently , are  not able to provide for my education any longer. My country does not offer any financial assistance for students abroad.  I was not permitted  to work until 01.01 this year,due to the regulations regarding thr integration of Bulgarians in the EU. I am actively looking for a job,but having no postal address (I could not pay rent so I am temporarily staying at a friend's place,where I can not register) seems to pose quite a big obstacle. One supermarket and two agencies so far accepted my CV nevertheless,despite not speaking Dutch very well . I expect all of them to call me in the next  6 weeks.In the best case  scenario, in which they hire me and i start working immediately after they contact me,I would receive my first paycheck around the end of March.I must move  out of my friend's house at the end of February as he is moving,too. 

 I am in the last year of my Bachelors' degree and I made it so far ,in spite of having enormous trouble concentrating (for the ones of you,who fancy classification ;) , I have been diagnosed with ADHD  and don't use any medications ,as they inhibit my creativity and emotions ,make me less vital and in short ,cost me my personality). In the beginning I faced severe issues related to my "studying disability" ,yet after a lot of consultations,coaching and so on, I expect to graduate with 225 instead of 180 ECT. I managed to cope with being enormously distracted by everything...and would continue with a Research Masters ,only if I don't have to let go of everything just because of the gap of two-three months  between now and the moment I can finally become fully independent . and self-reliant. Please help me out with as much (or as little) as you can spare! I appreciate Your contribution:)
