Help to fix this old House

Hello,

As part of our ecotourism project, we need your help to restore this Moldavian traditional house and to transform it into a private guest house where you can spoil your seances with pure air, bold colors and sounds of this genuine orchestra of the undisturbed nature. Here we want us (you, our kids and the new generations) to enjoy a unique and generously back to nature experience, traditional comforts, home-cooked exquisite food, local wine, and inspiring activities.


This house is situated in the heart of the natural reservation, away from the daily routine, 113km from the International Airport Chisinau, in Buciusca - a place with plenty of recreational opportunities right on the banks of the river Nistru.
Surrounded by ancient caves from the Thracian civilization, cemeteries dug into the abrupt banks, two monasteries known for their positive energies and natural springs - Tipova (4km distance) and Saharna (6 km distance).
Both Monasteries are national tourism attractions. 
Right in front of the house passes by the river where you can do fishing, kayaking, swimming, beautiful hiking paths alongside the banks, climbing on the millennial rocks. Here you can enjoy the taste of the local traditional meals made with homegrown chickens, eggs, veggies and fruits from the garden, honey, wine, pickles, and all those yummy things only babushkas can do.
You can discover their cooking secrets in a cooking workshop. Other workshops will be organized upon the needs and on a regular basis: like poetry or pottery, basket making, painting, yoga, meditation, and any other that inspires you.
This little house (we call it "Casa Paradis") has three rooms and it needs a new roof, restoration of the wooden elements like windows, doors, floors, a new fence. The house is absolutely ecologically friendly and we want to update it with the modern eco installations for water (use&re-use), self regulating heating and solar panels on the rooftop.
We estimate to start with 15.000 euros. this is only a part of the costs.

About us: we are a little family of 3, Hermann, Cristina (me) and our child. Hermann is a skilled film&commercial producer and learned hospitality & hotel management. I am a learned artist with experience in advertising, with good hand illustration skills. We moved to Moldova last year and we feel this strong call to nature for making a good footprint in this little green valley.
