Hello, my name is Angela. I am writing cause of injustice in our jail systems that continues to keep happening to our society. The treatment of our family, friends, our loved ones while experiencing some difficult times in their lives is not permissible. My fiancee Julian is one of these people. The mistreatment they experience is uncalled for. They are still human beings. Everyday i hear of the mistreatment they go thru. They ate denied any type of classes to better themselves, is that not the reason for the system. Isnt it our legal system that says they need counsling, treatment to be better people. They are not even allowed to get a simple education or take a class to better their way of thinking cause , honestly i dont understand why they are denied. They can only see a doctor or dentist if they actually see an infection .Does not matter if they are in pain, told to deal with it. Are we not in a countrybwhere health care is extremely important? What would you do ifbyoubwas not feeling well? Sick? You would go to the doctor, something they are not allowed to do or if they are it takes two weeks. Some of these men have done nothing but make simple mistakes, which, young or old, we all have done. They just was caught doing them. Some have no prior records but prosicution turns them into the biggest monsters society ever seen. How can that be when no criminal history tonsay theynare. No one takes the time to getbto know them. Would you not want fair treatment for your loved one? Would you not get upset when the items you have sent them to make their day alittle better was denied cause an officer didnt want to take them time to remove it from the computer so they get it.They are denied the only family contact they can have which is phone calls, visits with family and friends. The only food they can have while there is withheld from them just cause the detention officers are in a bad mood or just don't want to do it. Now this food is paid for by the family and friends cause what food they are giving is barely able to be eaten and giving only one meal a day. Breakfast is peanut butter and jelly. Is that a healthy meal? We wonder how do they even survive in there? We as society sit and say they are never going to change but how are they? We dont even give them the chance to.My fiancee is one of these people who want to change but are not giving the resources he should have?I have pwrsonally had to deal with Sargents about the mistreatment , misconduct of the same people who are sworn to protect and provide them refuse to do even the littlest job. They even deny them there own shipment of books or supplies because they refuse the do somethime so simple as remove a sentence off a computer. On top of everything they are experiencing in there the family members, who help support and try to make it alittle better struggle out here. These donations will go to help atleast one of these men like everyone else, has made mistakes but wants the chance to fix those mistakes, right the wrongs and become the man society wants him to be.Please consider what if it was your family going thru this, How would you feel? Would you want someone to help them?

Thank you very much
